Ingredients:
2 Avacados
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Tomato
A splash of lime juice
A sprinkle of salt and pepper
Cut the skin off of your avacados. Cut up your tomato and garlic. Put them all together in the blender. Add a splash of lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Blend it up to a smooth paste. Add any more salt and pepper you feel is needed. You can also add more lime juice.

ReplyDeleteI have looked at both the guacamole recipes listed here and while most of the ingredients are the same as what I use, but I put in a whole ton more lime juice. I guess I like mine sour! :-)
ReplyDeleteI love avocados except it is easier to slice the avocado in half and scoop out the meat , yum. I eat them raw that way all the time . Your guacamole is perfect !
